Dr. Khoury is a board-certified interventional cardiologist dedicated to providing advanced cardiovascular care.
He completed his medical degree in 2009 at Tishreen University in Latakia, Syria, graduating with highest honors, the most prestigious academic distinction awarded by the university.
Dr. Khoury completed his Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship at Beaumont Health in Royal Oak, Michigan, a nationally recognized center for coronary intervention and advanced cardiovascular care. He subsequently pursued Interventional Cardiology training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he gained extensive experience in complex coronary interventions.
Prior to his current practice, Dr. Khoury served as teaching senior staff at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, where he was actively involved in physician education and clinical research. He has authored and co-authored multiple publications in prestigious peer-reviewed medical journals.
Dr. Khoury’s clinical interests include advanced coronary interventions for coronary artery disease, including cutting-edge technologies such as atherectomy and intravascular lithotripsy. He also has a strong focus on cardiac imaging, including nuclear stress testing and cardiac CT angiography, which play a key role in the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular disease.
